Welcome to

Espacio T is a restaurant located in the historic centre of Seville, in the popular Alfalfa neighbourhood.

A single table, made with wood from the trees of our city and with a capacity of 18 people, is the main feature of our space.

The cuisine is developed by our chef, Ignacio R. Llinares, assisted by Diego Vázquez and Soledad Rodríguez. Together they work with local products and Andalusian recipes, introducing nuances from other places and cultures.

We offer our seasonal tasting menu, which you can enjoy for dinner at 20’30h. At all other times we offer our set menu.

Opening hours:

Monday to Sunday from 8’00 pm to 11’00 pm (Wednesday closed).

Tasting menu

In our autumn/winter menu, we wanted to bring together everything that evokes this time of year.

Everyone will have their own internalised memories in a different way, mine are walks along paths through holm oak, chestnut or pine woods… damp earth, mushrooms, resin, moss, smoke, candle, wood, leather, mud… I see ochres, browns, yellows, greens, greys… the ground creaks, gets wet… stew, stew, sweet, spices, salty, bitter, pepper, cocoa… everything is mixed together and comforts me.

We offer a tasting menu of 9 steps. You can enjoy this menu every night at 20’30h. In the rest of our schedule we offer dishes from our menu (closed on Wednesdays).

  This is a really special restaurant.  The decor is very cool scandi modern and it feels like a fabulous private dining room.  The food and service match the decor.  We had the degustation and each dish was superb - well balanced, interesting and just the right amount of food.   Lieu atypique où on peut observer tout le travail du chef et de son équipe.  Les produits sont frais, et très bien travaillés.  Les assiettes sont travaillées et créatives.
Très bon vin. L accueil et le service impeccable.
Un petit bémol étant donné qu il y a une seule table,  on peut se retrouver proches des uns des autres.  Pas d intimité.  Mais c'est le concept et j'ai adoré.  Continuer comme ça.  Je reviendrai accompagnée. Merci pour ce voyage gustatif.

  Grata sorpresa de este espacio gastronómico, un gran descubrimiento así como su chef Kimye Catalán, toda una profesional. Un espacio dónde cada mes se puede disfrutar de un menú de cualquier cocina del mundo en un entorno agradable, donde Kim explica cada uno de los platos. Muy recomendable sobre todo para grupos.

Pleasant surprise of this gastronomic space, a great discovery as well as its chef Kimye Catalán, a true professional.  A space where every month you can enjoy a menu from any cuisine in the world in a pleasant environment, where Kim explains each of the dishes.  Highly recommended especially for groups.

  Interesting concept! The seating area is set up in a circle, with an open kitchen on the side. The atmosphere remains calm and warm. We tried almost everything in the menu and we were not disappointed not even once 🤩. Plus the staff is super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back next time we are in Sevilla!
